About Us

Over 15 years ago I started meditating and didn’t really know that’s what it was at the time. I was going through a stressful time and in the evening I would spend at least 30 minutes in silence before going to bed. It really helped me sort out a lot of what was going on.

My practice over the years was inconsistent but I never stopped meditating. About 5 years ago, it became an everyday habit and I decided to pursue certification as a meditation teacher. I learned about the different types of meditation, types of breathing and overall process. It enhanced my own experience and made me excited to share my knowledge.

Meditation has helped me sleep better, handle stress, resolve trauma and self actualize. Having a short time before your day begins or to take a break can help you remain balanced in the throws of life. If you think you can’t afford 15 minutes, I ask, how can you not?

We don’t realize how much time we save by stopping to catch our breath. Centering ourselves helps us focus for the remainder of the day.

As a former workaholic I can tell you life still happens even when you slow down, it just gets better.
